Retail at the counter, wholesale across the region
If you are near Opelousas or Lafayette, the easiest thing is to come to the counter. We cut to order, and you can see exactly what is fresh that day. A lot of our regulars have been driving in for years, and the trip is part of the routine.
Farther out, in places like Alexandria, Baton Rouge, and Lake Charles, we serve mostly through wholesale and delivery. We supply fresh-cut chicken and our specialty meats to kitchens and stores that need a steady, dependable line on good product.
