Bellard's has been part of Opelousas for years. We break and trim poultry on site, make our boudin and sausage in small batches, and stuff chickens the way folks around here expect. No long ingredient lists you can't read. Just good meat, handled by hand.
Come in and ask. If we have it in the case we will cut it how you want, and if you need a hand planning for a crowd, that is what we are here for.
We cut chicken, pork, and beef fresh every morning, smoke our own sausage, and keep crawfish in the case when the season runs. Three generations in, the standard has not changed: put out the best product on the counter, and treat the people who walk in the way you would want to be treated.
